Lasooni Salmon

Inspired by Gymkhana's famous Lasooni Wild Tiger Prawns, the Lasooni Salmon is made using our special Roasted Garlic & Chilli Marinade. The marinade is a harmonious blend of roasted garlic, chillies, and a hint of sweetness coming from its meticulous and slow preparation. It pairs well with most seafood, in this case with salmon.

740g (½) prime side salmon, scaled and pin boned 1 Jar Roasted Garlic & Chilli Marinade

Method

We used an outdoor wood oven. If using a regular indoor oven, preheat your oven to 190C (Fan). Layer a roasting tray with a full jar of Roasted Garlic & Chili Marinade and lay the salmon, flesh side down (skin-side up) onto the marinade. Let it rest for 20 minutes. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes. (Once cooked, the skin should peel off easily). Serve as is. It’s perfect.
