Hariyali Salmon

740g (½) prime side salmon, scaled and pin boned 1 Jar Green Tikka Marinade

We used a Big Green Egg. If using a regular indoor oven, preheat your oven to 190C (Fan). Layer a roasting tray with a full jar of Green Tikka Marinade and lay the salmon, flesh side down (skin-side up) onto the marinade. Let it rest for 20 minutes. If cooking on a Big Green Egg, cook for 12-15 minutes. If using an oven, roast for 15-20 minutes. (Once cooked, the skin should peel off easily). Serve as is. It’s perfect.
