Tandoori Lamb Kebabs

2 x DukesHill Lamb Fillets 1 Jar Classic Tandoori Marinade 2 x Yellow Peppers 1 x Onion

Marinate your lamb fillets in our Classic Tandoori Marinade for 30 minutes. Slice your peppers and onion. Build your skewer with pieces of lamb fillet, peppers and onion. Cook on either side for 6 minutes either side to serve pink, or eight minutes either side for well done. Serve as part of your BBQ feast.
