Host your most luxurious Diwali celebration yet with a little help from Gymkhana Fine Foods. Our feast kits have been carefully curated to capture the essence of Gymkhana's celebrated flavours. Hand prepared by our chefs, our range of feasts and a la carte dishes are guaranteed to take your Diwali celebration to delicious new heights. The majority of dishes are pre-prepared and pre-cooked, so will need to be reheated according to the instructions included in your delivery. Some of our dishes will be ready to cook, please refer to the instruction booklet for more details.

Our feast kits are available to be delivered on 24th October, 25th October, 31st October and 1st November 2024. We cannot guarantee the time that you will receive your delivery, please refer to your DPD tracking number.

We will send instructions out to you with your meal kit. Instructions can also be found through this PDF.

We have taken every effort to deliver your meal kits to you safely. They are delivered by DPD in a wool-lined box with ice packs. Please note: Food is not frozen.

In the unlikely event that your meal kit arrives damaged, please email us at info@gymkhanafinefoods.com with your order number and any  supporting imagery of the damaged dishes.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee what time the feast kits will be delivered on the day. Please refer to your DPD tracking to learn more about your delivery time.

If you were out whilst your meal kit was delivered, you can still consume your food as long as your dishes are still sealed and cold.

Please refrigerate your meal kit upon arrival. Your meal kit should be consumed within 24 hours.

If you need to cancel your meal kit, please try to cancel before 3pm on Monday 21st October 2024 for delivery on 25th and 26th October, and before 3pm on Monday 28th October 2024 for delivery on 31st October and 1st November.
