Vindaloo and Honey-Glazed Pigs in Blankets

4 tbsp Vindaloo Cooking Sauce 12 Chipolata Sausages 12 Rashers Streaky Bacon 2 tbsp Honey

Prepare the glaze by mixing our Vindaloo Cooking Sauce and a generous amount of honey. Brush the sausages with the mix, turning to coat both sides. Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes. Wrap the partly-cooked sausages in the streaky bacon and brush again with the glaze. Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until sticky and golden. Top with fresh herbs to serve.
